Removal of existing cables with proper Identification, Removal of old cabinets and shifting them to assigned location. Installation of maxDNA DDCMIS System along with HMI and Network accessories, Ferrule printing, re-termination as per cable schedule with TB details, Inter Panel Cabling and Termination, Loop Checking and Commissioning. Any civil work such as Cutting, Grinding, Chipping of Floor, Preparation of Base Frame along with material to complete the job. Modification to existing base frame to match the foot prints of new cabinets. Termination of existing I/O cables to the new system with appropriate harnessing arrangements to relieve cable stress. All cabling between the systems supplied by BHEL. New cabling and JB Erection along with its accessories for temperature signals such as RTD and TC. Replacement of cables as required in case found faulty or inadequate, interconnection cabling with existing master clock system. Sealing of all cable entries in the cabinets, control desk/ consoles and furniture etc.
