This Corrigendum is issued by BHEL TBG against above mentioned NIT/ enquiry for incorporation of following clause- The OEM/ Manufacturer who shall associate with BHEL for this tender as sub-contractor; shall not participate directly as a bidder in the tender invited by TCE/CPCL. The OEM/Manufacturer shall submit a declaration regarding non-participation as a bidding company directly; or indirectly through their Subsidiaries, Partnership, Ownership, Individual firm or Consortium after signing the MOU with BHEL. Due date of offer submission/opening remain same, ie 29.08.2022. All other terms and conditions for this tender enquiry shall remain unchanged. |
