TENDER DESCRIPTION This Corrigendum is issued by BHEL TBG against above mentioned NIT/ enquiry for following changes-

1- STC clause no.20. B (Additional Performance BG)- ‘Note’- With regard to the additional 2% Bank Guarantee required from the GIS Manufacturer, it is clarified that the 2% Bank Guarantee, calculated on the total price of the GIS portion (including Supply, Freight & Insurance, Installation and applicable taxes quoted by BHEL to DTL), may be submitted either to DTL or to BHEL.

2- STC clause no.47- Annexure-I (Declaration regarding non-participation as a bidding company) is Not Applicable.

3- STC Clause no.13- MOU Format- in point no.7- ‘on exclusive basis’ is deleted and accordingly revised format of MOU is enclosed and same shall be followed by bidder while submitting the bid to BHEL.
