| TENDER DESCRIPTION | The provision of splitting of total qty. of 8 nos. is envisaged in ratio of 5:3. However, minimum 5 nos. qty. will be allocated to L1 vendor. This provision is subject to acceptance of final L1 price by L2 vendor. In case of non-acceptance by L2 vendor, same shall be offered to L3 vendor & likewise so on, up to the last vendor. In case of non-acceptance of final L1 price by any subsequent vendor, complete qty. of 8 nos. will be ordered to L1 vendor only. |
