Package –I : Removal/Repair of defective furnace upper side (left, right and front) & intermediate fin weld panels and erection, testing and commissioning of newly supplied of same items along with accessories & hydro test of these new panels with connected other related circuits of Boiler including alignment, testing & welding / NDT of newly erected panels, Rear arch hanger inspection with proper approach, DP test of S/Z panel area & corrective measure i.e. replacement of damage tubes and welding of fins as required, Correction of critical piping support hot value along with approach (if required) at Unit#8, 2X660MW RRUVNL, Suratgarh Super Thermal Power Plant, Dist.-Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. & Package-II: Part I:"Transportation of material from store to Site, Erection, testing and commissioning of new pipe line between HPH-7 drain to HPH-6 & HPH-6 drain to deaerator” along with associated support & accessories like valve, NRV, Orifice etc. as directed by Engineer-in charge. Hydro test of these new lines with connected other related circuits of pipe & heater including alignment, testing & welding / NDT of newly erected pipes, at Unit#7&8, Part II: "Miscellaneous work for PG test of U#8 like Erection, alignment, welding & bolting of condensate pipe Flow nozzle, Erection & welding of impulse pipe at 140 location for PG test and other associated small work pertaining to PG test Applicable for U#8" at 2X660MW RRUVNL, Suratgarh Super Thermal Power Plant, Dist.-Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, complete as per the tender.
