TENDER DESCRIPTION This Corrigendum is issued by BHEL TBG against above mentioned NIT/ enquiry for issuance of followinga)
Technical corrigendum-02 (enclosed) for revision ofa.
1) Technical PQR for 400kV GIS and 220kV GIS and
a.2) BOQ of 400kV and 220kV GIS. Based on rating wise revised BOQ, Price bid format is also revised.
Bidder(s) shall follow the same while submitting their bid.
b) Clarification issued by Powergrid as below along with following clarification from BHEL’s end-
“In case of package comprises of multiple voltage level in one GIS substation and/or Extension of more than
one GIS Substation(s), GIS from different manufacturer(s) shall also be acceptable subject to the condition
that one voltage class of GIS at any substation is supplied from one manufacturer only. In such cases bidder
must submit MAF from all the proposed GIS Manufacturer(s) in their bid.”
As our tender calls for rating wise evaluation, accordingly, GIS OEM to submit rating wise (voltage class of
GIS) MAF to BHEL for onward submission to Powergrid.
c) Extension of due date upto 30-01-2026.
All other terms and conditions of NIT shall remain same.
Bidder to ensure submission of offer on or before due date.
