As per existing NIT condition eligible bidders shall get benefit under Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India), Order 2017 dated 19.07.2024 and as per MSE act. However, Class-I local supplier /class-II local supplier / Non-local supplier all are eligible to bid in this tender.

In above context, corrigendum is being issued to add following:

“As per engineering requirement all the material covered in NIT to be procured from same source. Hence, under Purchase Preference to class-I Local supplier as per PPP-MII Order and MSE supplier as per MSE act, 100% quantity shall be offered to Class-I Local supplier/MSE supplier in case meeting eligibility criteria as defined in the policy”.


Rest of the T&C shall remain same as per original tender.
