The Corrigendum-01 is being issued by BHEL TBG against above mentioned NIT/ enquiry for following) Extension of due date of offer submission/opening up to 22.06.2022. b) Being spares from OEM, requirement of registration of OEM or their authorized agents with competent authority as mandated under rule 144(xi) of GFRs 2017 is exempted. c) Price bid format shall remain same. Bidder to mention the bid currency in un-priced bid. In case of foreign bidder, Unit ex-works price of price format shall mean FOB price and Unit F&I price shall mean price including freight and insurance from FOB load port to Maitree, Bangladesh site (incl. custom duty and all other taxes and duties etc). |
