two part (Part-I: Techno-commercial Bid; Part-II:Price Bid) from vendors
meeting the qualifying criteria, for the below mentioned tendered items. Tenders
may not be considered if:

Draft of tender fee / receipt of cash deposit at BHEL Bhopal not
enclosed with Techno-commercial Bid, i.e. Part- I Bid.
2)
Tender not submitted in two bid, i.e., Techno-commercial Bid and Price
Bid separate.
3)
Duly filled vendor assessment form not submitted. Details are given in
our website
www.bhelbhopal.com. Parties registered with BHEL, Bhopal are exempted from
filling the said form.

Both Part I and Part II Bids to be sealed
in separate envelopes super scribed with Enquiry No. , due date of tender
opening & Part I or Part II Bid ,as the envelope may be, and both must be
kept in another common envelope super scribed with the enquiry No. &due date
of tender opening.
3.
For item # 1, i.e. cast cum fabricated frame, magnet frame tube casting
needs be sourced only from RDSO approved class-A foundry, documentary evidence
to be submitted for the same while executing supplies.
